The parents of a man shot dead by a police marksman have spoken out on the second anniversary of his death. Father-of-two Anthony Grainger, 36, from Salford, died on March 3 2012 sat in an Audi car during a planned operation to arrest a group of men on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery outside Sainsbury’s in Culceth.
