Please be aware that combining fruits and vegetables shouldn't be done in all cases as they require different digestive processes, but the above is the exception to the rule 

Particularly, apples which mix with vegetable juices can be used in place of carrots to sweeten the taste. Given their high water content both lettuce and celery can be combined with either fruit or vegetable juice.

Most fruits mix well together; but you should only mix citrus fruits with other citrus fruits and preferably melons only with other melons.

 

Smoothies - The following are all smoothies that should be mixed in blender for around 20 - 40 seconds or until smoothe consistency.
