Free online course for parents to Prevent Child Sexual Exploitation
(January 07, 2014)Keep them Safe, Parents Against Child Sexual Exploitation (PACE), and the Safeguarding Chidlren e-Academy have created a free online course for parents to equip themselves with the knowledge to protect their children against child sexual exploitation (CSE).
According to a YouGov 2013 poll, 78% of parents can’t identify all the key signs of CSE and 70% of teachers think a lack of parental knowledge is the main barrier to identifying and preventing cases of CSE.
