Black Women Less Attractive - Women want a bad/rough man?!

I make it a habit not to waste my time speaking to nonsense, because it leads the person speaking the nonsense to believe he/she has a valid point or points that should be dignified with a response.

' When a man likes a woman who smiles and looks happy, the same does not apply to women. Research shows that women are more attracted to men than men are cheap haughty smile. Evolutionary theory also mention arrogant man can give a good offspring. Research carried out the University of British Columbia found that women are less attracted to men who smile a lot and look happy. Conversely, the proud man, proud, moody or indifferent look more sexually attractive in the eyes of women. According to the researchers, these startling findings help explain why women more like men to look ‘bad boy’. In this study, a psychologist at the University of British Columbia asked more than 1,000 adults to rank the sexual attractiveness of the opposite sex pictures featuring a variety of emotions such as happiness (big smile), pride (raising his head), arrogant (puff out his chest) , ashamed or indifferent (head down or look away).
The result, researchers have found that most women are not interested in drawing the man who smiled broadly (happy) and prefer the picture man proud, arrogant, moody and indifferent. By contrast, men and women who seem happy most sexually attractive than women who seemed proud and confident (arrogant).
“Displays the happy face can be considered essential for a friendly social interaction, including those involving sexual attraction. However, there is little research on whether in fact attractive smile,” explained Professor Jessica Tracy, who led the study, as reported by the Telegraph.
According to Prof. Tracy, this study found that men and women are very different in showing emotions, including smiling.
Professor Tracy says the findings suggest that women judge men who smiled broadly not look strong, tough or masculine. The opposite in fact found in men who seem arrogant and a bit arrogant or proud.
“Previous research has also found that happiness is a very feminine expression,” said Alec Beall, author of the study.
However, Beall asserts that this study only explores the sexual attraction first impression on the image of the opposite sex. “We did not ask participants to assess whether the selected target would be a good boyfriend or husband,” said Beall. On the other hand, the psychologist explained that the discovery of sexual attraction has been shaped by the forces of evolution and culture centuries ago.
For example, the theory of evolution which shows that women are more attracted to men as it is considered arrogant imply status, competence and ability to provide a good offspring.
These findings have been published in the American Psychological Association journal Emotion.
Student groups at the London School of Economics are calling for the dismissal of a social scientist who has become embroiled in a racism row after claiming that a study showed black women to be less attractive than women of other races.
Dr Satoshi Kanazawa, an evolutionary psychologist at the institution, published his comments on a blog and claimed he had analysed data from an online study of physical attractiveness.
In his article for Psychology Today, Kanazawa wrote: "Black women are … far less attractive than white, Asian, and Native American women." The piece drew a barrage of complaints from readers and has since been removed from the site.
The row has prompted the University of London Union Senate, the union's legislative body, which represents more than 120,000 students, to vote unanimously for the dismissal of Kanazawa, and to condemn his research.
Sherelle Davids, anti-racism officer-elect of the LSE students' union, said: "Kanazawa deliberately manipulates findings that justify racist ideology. As a black woman I feel his conclusions are a direct attack on black women everywhere who are not included in social ideas of beauty."
Amena Amer, incoming LSE students' union education officer, added: "We support free speech and academic freedom, but Kanazawa's research fuels hate against ethnic and religious minorities promoted by neo-Nazi groups. Not only does he use the LSE's credentials to legitimise his 'research' but this jeopardises the academic credibility of the LSE."
The LSE launched an internal investigation into Kanazawa's comments after senior academics at the school, including the new director, Judith Rees, received letters of complaint over the remarks. Dr Kanazawa is abroad on sabbatical this year.
The incident is the latest embarrassment for the LSE, following the resignation of previous director Sir Howard Davies, in March after admitting that the institution's reputation had been damaged by the acceptance of a £1.5m donation from a foundation controlled by Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saif al-Islam.
The investigation will look at the data Kanazawa analysed and the quality of his work, before deciding what punitive action, if any, it can take.
In a statement, the LSE sought to distance itself from the researcher's comments, but acknowledged freedom of academic expression.
"The views expressed by this academic are his own and do not in any way represent those of the LSE as an institution. The important principle of academic freedom means that authors have the right to publish their views – but it also means the freedom to disagree. We are conducting internal investigations into this matter," the statement said.
Kanazawa has been criticised in the past for substandard research in the area of race and intelligence.
